Refund and Return Policy
At Tomar HR Consultant, we are committed to providing quality job placement services. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be considered for our membership services.
Key Policy: If there is no interview for one year after taking this scheme, the money will be refunded with in seven to ten days.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- We fail to arrange at least two interviews within the first month of your membership.
- The job opportunities presented are significantly different from what was advertised or discussed during your enrollment.
- There is a technical error in processing your payment that results in duplicate charges.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your membership details and reason for requesting a refund.
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
- If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Replacement Interviews
As an alternative to a refund, we offer replacement interviews for new vacancies. This option extends your membership service and provides additional opportunities for job placement.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- You fail to attend scheduled interviews without prior notice (at least 24 hours in advance).
- You reject job offers that match the criteria you specified during enrollment.
- You provide inaccurate or misleading information in your resume or during interviews.
- Your membership has been active for more than 30 days.
5. Special Considerations
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you face a situation not covered in this policy, please contact our customer support team, and we will review your case individually.
